At Shasta Pools, you’d be surprised to see some of the yards that we’ve built pools in. Many times customers come to us saying they have a small backyard. While this may be true compared to other yards out there, we don’t shy away from a challenge and believe any pool challenge is possible (within reason of course). The great thing about building a new pool is that we get to design the shape and style that is unique to you and your yard.

If you believe your yard is on the smaller side, check out these pool shapes for inspiration. Then give us a call to get started building the pool of your dreams.

Freeform Pool Shapes

A freeform pool shape is fluid with rounded edges and unique custom shapes. Freeform shapes are ideal for small backyards. The freedom to work around landscape design and backyard layouts is an advantage with free-flowing edges.

Geometric Pool Shapes

Straight-lined pools can be both modern and traditional. When using a geometric shape in a small yard, you can use the natural grid layout of your yard to guide the design.

Other Pool Shapes

When it comes to designing your pool, the pool shape possibilities are endless.

  • Pool Kidney
  • Tuscan
  • Bali

Shasta Pools can design and build exactly what you want. We invite you to browse through our pool and spa galleries to get a better understanding of the different types of pools we can build and to get some inspiration for your upcoming project.
